1. Course Enrollment
When you enroll in a course through our website, you gain access to training materials, sessions, and related services as described on the course page.
Once payment is successfully completed, your seat in the course is reserved.
2. Cancellation Policy
Students may request cancellation of their course enrollment under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
- The request must be sent through email or the contact form available on our website.
- Cancellation requests made after the course has started or after accessing course materials may not be eligible for cancellation.
The company reserves the right to review and approve cancellation requests.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

- The student has not accessed course materials or attended training sessions.

Non-Refundable Situations

- If the student has attended live sessions or accessed training content.
- For change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions.
- Any placement outcomes, as job placement depends on individual performance and market conditions.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Course Rescheduling
In some cases, instead of cancellation, students may request:
- Transfer to another batch of the same course.
- Rescheduling to a future training session.
- Transfer to a different course of equal or higher value.
All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval by the management.
6. Company Cancellation
Priyonix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Trainer unavailability
- Technical or operational issues
In such cases, students may choose either:
- A full refund of the course fee.
- Transfer to the next available batch of the same course.
- Transfer to a different course of equal or higher value.
